About the Role
A vacancy has arisen within the Teaching Services Team to provide a wide range of support to our student-facing staff. This post will be the first point of contact for all teaching related queries in our busy Teaching Services hub.
To apply, you should have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, good interpersonal skills, the ability to deal with staff at all levels and a “can do” attitude. You are expected to have excellent skills both in IT (e.g. SharePoint and MS Teams), and in communicating. You must be able to work unsupervised using your own initiative, as well as being committed to working collaboratively and flexibly as part of a team. This post requires experience of working in a busy office environment. Occasional attendance on campus will be required during the pandemic.

The post is based at the Mile End Campus in London. It is a full time (35 hours per week), fixed term appointment for 6 months with a starting salary of £22,212 per annum (Grade 2.10), inclusive of London Allowance. The successful candidate must be in post by 1 March 2021.
