Queen Mary University of London is a world-leading research-intensive university with a difference – we open the doors of opportunity to anyone with the talent and potential to succeed. We are leading the way in inclusivity among Russel Group universities: of our London undergraduate students, over 90% are from state schools; 69% are BAME; and 57% are the first in their families to enter higher education. Our history of social justice has informed our conviction that great ideas can and should come from anywhere.

The role of Regular Giving Manager is pivotal in ensuring we can provide opportunities to students who need them most, through bursaries, scholarships and careers support. Through acquisition and retention campaigns across multiple channels including digital, direct mail and the annual telephone campaign, you will grow our pool of regular donors, improve donor loyalty, increase philanthropic income and increase engagement with Queen Mary. You will design and deliver a first class supporter journey, ensuring donors receive timely, relevant and compelling communications.

If you believe you can inspire alumni and friends of Queen Mary to invest in the next generation of global leaders then we want to hear from you. We’re looking for an individual with fundraising campaigns experience and an interest in higher education.

The post is full time and permanent. Starting salary will be in the range £38,084 - £40,194 per annum inclusive of London Allowance. Benefits include 30 days annual leave, pension scheme and interest-free season ticket loan.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
