The School of Business and Management at Queen Mary University of London seeks to appoint a skilled and enthusiastic individual for the post of Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator. The post focuses on student recruitment and will be part of the Marketing and Communication team in the Professional Services team at the School of Business and Management. The post will be based at the Mile End Campus, reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager.
The Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator will be a member of the administrative support staff in the School of Business and Management, responsible for the effective implementation of student-customer relationship management processes from application up to enrolment. The post holder will be working with a range of stakeholders across the University including working closely with colleagues from the Marketing and Communications Directorate and across the HSS academic faculties.
You will also be expected to have an input into the School’s wider recruitment and marketing strategy, develop relevant and targeted pre and post-application marketing materials, lead on the School’s conversion communications, provide web content to improve our online presence and strengthen School’s existing relationships domestically as well as internationally.
The successful candidate should be educated to Degree level (or equivalent) in business, management or a related discipline. A high level of attention to detail, the ability to management multiple deadlines and proof read and prepare publications is essential. An awareness of marketing and social media techniques would be an advantage.
The post is full time and permanent. Applicants who wish to be considered for a job-share arrangement or for flexible working are welcome.
