The Marketing and Communications Directorate is responsible for raising the awareness and reputation of Queen Mary among its target audience, and for increasing the quality and quantity of Queen Mary applicants.
We are looking for an experienced CRM specialist to provide technical support to Queen Mary’s CRM community. Users include central recruitment teams, our network of international offices, and our academic schools community and student success teams.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced CRM specialist who will help provide an outstanding service to institutional CRM users including our central recruitment teams, our network of international offices, and our academic schools and student success teams. Working closely with the CRM Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our institutional users, providing hands on technical support with the functionality within the CRM, training and providing advice and guidance on how best to use the CRM for the needs of the business.
You will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, and will have the skills to adapt your manner to support a range of users with varying CRM experience. You’ll have familiarity with data segmentation, communication plans, and email templates, have an eye for detail and will enjoy problem solving.
The post is a full time and permanent position. Starting salaries will be in the range of £34,220 to £36,098 per annum inclusive of London Allowance. Benefits include 30 days annual leave access to a pension scheme and interest-free season ticket loan.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationalities Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
