The Marketing and Communications Directorate is responsible for raising the awareness and reputation of Queen Mary among its target audiences, and for increasing the quality and quantity of Queen Mary applicants.

We are recruiting to the role of Head of Public Relations and Internal Communications, which is responsible for the strategic leadership of Queen Mary’s public relations, social media and internal communications (to both staff and students). The role also has a dotted line management responsibility for the Faculty Communications Managers. This role is part of the Communications leadership team.

The role is a permanent full time appointment based at our Mile End campus.  Starting salary will be £54,853 - £57,984 per annum inclusive of London Allowance.  Benefits include 30 days annual leave, pension scheme and interest-free season ticket loan.
