The Marketing and Communications Directorate is responsible for raising the awareness and reputation of Queen Mary among its target audiences, and for increasing the quality and quantity of Queen Mary applicants.

We are looking for an experienced Education Liaison Marketing Senior Executive to join our UK Student Recruitment team. This is a new role working alongside the Acquisition and Campaign Marketing Manager. You will be vital in running successful recruitment and Widening Participation activities and campaigns that will influence and attract school/college students to study at our University.

You will need to have a track record of developing audience specific content (e.g. school/college students, parents, head teachers, etc.). Your conversion activities will be designed to respond to the specific context of Higher Education progression ensuring that schools, students and parents in particular receive the information they need. Creativity is must and so is knowledge of using audience insights to develop effective ways to engage with target groups.

With universities operating in a more competitive environment we are looking for someone with experience in supporting customer facing teams that require a multi-channel marketing approach.  You will have worked on conversion and communications plans using CRM platforms and have used data and insights and evaluation hubs in order to measure outcomes against defined KPI targets.

The post is a full time and permanent position. Starting salary will be in the range £33,615 – £39,483 per annum inclusive of London Allowance. Benefits include 30 days annual leave and interest-free season ticket loan.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
