We are seeking an enthusiastic International Higher Education professional to join our Global Engagement team in an exciting new role.

The post holder will play an important role in increasing Queen Mary’s recruitment to our suite of pathway programmes, as well as building on existing partnerships and developing new links with external providers of pre-university pathway programmes.

The post holder must have experience of International Higher Education, ideally within a recruitment, business development or marketing context.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, confident individual who is able to work under their own initiative.  Skills in relationship management are particularly important given the role requires building effective relationships with numerous external stakeholders.  The post holder will need to work across the university with both academic and professional services staff, to ensure we are well positioned to maximise our recruitment potential.

The post is a permanent full time appointment based at our Mile End campus.  The role will include up to 12 weeks travel per year.  Starting salary will be £37,411 - £40,568 per annum inclusive of London Allowance.  Benefits include 30 days annual leave, pension scheme and interest-free season ticket loan.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.

Informal enquiries should be addressed to Lee Wildman, Director of Global Engagement, at or on 020 7882 7190.
