Applications are sought for the post of PGT Administrator/Assistant to Education Manager, William Harvey Research Institute. 

The Institute is internationally respected both in research and teaching. The William Harvey Research Institute is based on the Charterhouse Square Campus of Barts and The London Medical School within Queen Mary, University of London in the heart of the City of London in close proximity to the Barbican Arts and Music Centre.

The duties of the post include providing administrative support to the Education manager in the delivery and generation of Postgraduate Taught programmes.

The successful candidate should hold GCSE’s in Math’s and English (Grade A – C), and A levels, or vocational qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds), with relevant administrative experience.  Familiarity of the student environment is desirable.

This is a full time fixed term contract for 12 months in the first instance.

This is a grade 3 position £27,251 - £33,615 per annum. Benefits include 30 days annual leave, interest free season ticket loan and a defined benefit pension scheme.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
