Applications are invited for an Operations Officer (fixed term for 12 months, covering maternity leave) to work in a busy student-centred environment within the School of Business and Management performing a variety of tasks associated with the management of finance and human resource operations. To provide a customer focused high quality School administration service, dealing with a varied and complex workload, ensuring effective operations are delivered.
To succeed in this role you will need:
- The ability to manage a varied workload with a variety of stakeholders in financial management, budgeting and financial planning
- The ability to coordinate human resource operations and processes
- The ability to communicate and plan effectively.
- The ability to work calmly and accurately under pressure.

The role is open to candidates who are employed at Queen Mary University of London and wish to take up this role as a secondment.
