The FTRM will have dotted line management of all the Technical Services staff within the Faculty and will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategy for training, development and career progression for technical staff across the Faculty.
The post-holder will be expected to establish strong links with colleagues in Central Professional Services and other faculties involved in technical services, working collaboratively to maximise efficiencies and outputs across the University and actively engage in projects to future proof operations.
