Reporting directly to the Catering and Hospitality Manager, the hospitality and events manager is a senior post within the catering department.  The post holder will promote and grow the Catering & Hospitality offer through stakeholder engagement and proactively identify and implement opportunities to continuously improve customer service, quality of offering, profitability and income generation. The post holder will also be responsible for service standards and operating procedures and to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures relating to Food Safety regulations and Health and Safety at work.

The post is full time and permanent; with a salary within the range of £33,615 - £39,483 per annum inclusive of London Allowance. Benefits include 30 days annual leave, 4 University closure days and pension scheme.

 

Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
