Overview:

We are inviting applications for a Postgraduate Administrator to join the School to provide efficient, high quality student-orientated administration.  You will interact in a positive and proactive manner with postgraduate students and staff of the School and be responsible for providing expert, customer focused information and advice to postgraduate taught students, in particular, student recruitment, progression and assessment.

You will have a clear understanding of the UK Higher Education sector and previous experience in a student facing role. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as sound administrative skills and experience of dealing with multiple priorities and tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail, along with a strong customer service ethos are also essential.

This is a full time (1.0fte) post, which will run until the end of the maternity leave (expected May 2020). Starting salary will be in the range £33,615-£39,483 per annum inclusive of London Allowance. Benefits include 30 days annual leave plus 4 College closure days, defined salary pension scheme and interest-free season ticket loan. 

Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
