An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Queen Mary University of London’s Directorate of Marketing and Communications in a new post that will lead on marketing systems development and implementation, training, support, reporting and supplier management.

Based in the Student Recruitment Marketing team, you will focus on the management and development of Queen Mary’s CRM and other marketing systems as well as the provision of insights to inform marketing activities and new programme development.

As a CRM specialist, you will also lead on the provision of data on marketing activities across the student recruitment lifecycle, including both qualitative and quantitative data from primary and secondary sources. In addition, you will inform the development of new programmes using secondary and primary research techniques, producing reports using databases such as HESA, applicant and student records.

The post is a full time appointment based at our Mile End campus. Starting salary will be in the range of £37,411 – £44,015 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance. Benefits include 30 days annual leave, pension scheme and interest-free season ticket loan.
