We are looking to recruit a permanent Planned Preventative Maintenance Supervisor, the post holder will ensure statutory and mandatory obligations are managed and remain compliant with the law by effective management of in-house staff, 3rd party contractors and ensuring associated documentation and record keeping is up to date and accurate.
This post operates across all sites in all academic and residential properties and the proportion of time spent on the primary and secondary purposes of the job will depend on the overall work plan at any point in time. The post holder will hold a recognised trade qualification (NVQ Level 3) of have the equivalent experience. You will have experience working in a supervisory position in a large maintenance operation and in a customer focused environment, ability to plan workloads of staff and contractors.
The post is full time and permanent. The salary range for this post is £33,615 - £39,483 per annum plus a benefits package which includes 30 days annual leave, pension scheme and also an interest-free season ticket loan after a qualifying period.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
