Quality Assurance monitor

Applications are sought for a Quality Assurance Monitor to support the QA Manager to implement the Quality Management System for Clinical Trials run within the Centre for Experimental Cancer Medicine. The post will be based in the Centre for Experimental Cancer Medicine, Barts Cancer Institute, within the Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, Queen Mary, University of London.

Essential requirements for this post include a degree in biological science or allied health field and experience in the development and maintenance of clinical trial documentation – protocol, patient information sheets, and case report forms (CRFs) etc. The postholder must thorough knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) regulations as well as knowledge of local and national clinical trial regulations. Previous monitoring experience would be an advantage. A demonstrated ability to work autonomously, good communication skills and ability to work in multi-disciplinary team are also essential.

This is a full time post for one year in the first instance. Starting salary will be in the Grade 4 Professional range of £32,956 to £38,709 per annum inclusive of London Allowance.
