Centre for Immunobiology and Regenerative Medicine

Clinical Research Fellow

 (Part-time – 0.2 FTE)

Applications are invited for a Clinical Research Fellow to support the Centre for Immunobiology and Regenerative Medicine at Barts and the School of Medicine and Dentistry. The post holder will work as part of a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, scientists, nurses and support staff within the Centre for Oral Clinical Research as with other team members from the larger organisation and will provide clinical research support for studies relating to periodontology. The post holder will be reporting to the Professor Nikolaos Donos, Professor of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry.

Applicants must have full registration with the General Dental Council and will have demonstrable clinical research experience in a relevant field.

This part time post is fixed term for 12 months and is available as soon as possible. Starting salary will be in the range £33,401 - £47,685 pro rata per annum inclusive of London Allowance. Benefits include 30 days’ annual leave (pro rata), defined benefit pension scheme, interest-free season ticket loan and family friendly working.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
