About the Role

The Property and Space Management team is recruiting for a Space and Workplace Data Analyst. The role will be pivotal in supporting the use of data and information to drive improved performance and decision making throughout the institution, extracting and transforming data and developing dashboards.


This is an opportunity for an analyst with an appetite for learning and discovery to join a driven, dynamic team as we explore and implement ways for data to support our Russell Group  institution which along with academic excellence, highly values diversity and social justice.


About You

We are looking for someone who:


  • Is highly numerate and skilled at analysing and interpreting data for audiences with varying levels of knowledge;
  • Has a high level of skill and ability in producing, interpreting and presenting complex data and information.
  • Has a high level of interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues across the university;
  • Has the ability to integrate into an innovative and customer focused professional team.


The post is full time (35 hours per week), permanent appointment. Starting salary will be in the range of £34,220 - £37,076 per annum inclusive of London Allowance, (subject to experience). Benefits include 30 days annual leave, pension scheme and interest-free season ticket loan.


Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
