About the Role

As the CRM Systems Manager you will provide leadership and subject matter expertise in relation to our CRM platforms, Campus Management Radius, HubSpot and HEAT, across devolved University structures. This will encompass responsibility for the provision of appropriate processes, systems, technical support, and governance.

This role will require you to work closely with school-based administrative and marketing staff and the central admissions, recruitment, and student success teams to ensure effective delivery. The post holder will have strong attention to detail, ability to manage and deliver complex projects and campaigns as well as have line management responsibility for the CRM Marketing Communications Officer.

About You

  • You will have extensive experience in using CRM software and mass marketing databases to deliver targeted marketing and lead generation communications.
  • Experience in implementing new CRM processes and Automations to create efficiencies and improved user experience.
  • You will have excellent IT and digital marketing skills including technical ability in HTML coding
  • You are competent in data manipulation and analysis, including the ability to present trends and findings to a non-expert audience
  • You will have experience in managing and prioritising a varied workload whilst working accurately under pressure

The post is based at the Mile End Campus in London. It is full time permanent appointment, with an expected start date of June 2021. The starting salary will be Grade 5, in the range of £38,084- £44,807 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.
