About the Role

We are seeking a self-motivated International Higher Education professional to join our dynamic Global Engagement team.

The post holder will oversee recruitment and marketing of the university’s Foundation and Pre-Masters programmes and lead on the recruitment of students to Queen Mary from externally delivered foundation programmes in the UK and overseas.

About You

The post holder must have experience of International Higher Education, ideally within a recruitment, business development or marketing context.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, confident individual who is able to work under their own initiative. Skills in relationship management are particularly important given the role requires building effective relationships with numerous external stakeholders. The post holder will need to work across the university with both academic and professional services staff, to ensure we are well positioned to maximise our recruitment potential.

You will join a forward-thinking solution focused team within the Marketing and Communications Directorate. Our directorate is responsible for raising the awareness and reputation of Queen Mary among its target audiences, and for increasing the quality and quantity of Queen Mary applicants. We collaborate with stakeholders, we support staff, students and prospective students to achieve more.

The post is based at the Mile End Campus in London. It is full time, permanent appointment with an immediate start date. The starting salary will be Grade 5, in the range of £38,655 - £44,256 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.
