The School is looking to appoint a member of the team to provide a professional and efficient service to support the day-to-day work of the Head of School and Head of Administration.  The post-holder will work as part of the School’s administration team to ensure an excellent standard of customer care.

As a successful candidate you will be educated to A level or equivalent, and have substantial experience working as a Personal Assistant. As a skilled communicator, you will be able to liaise effectively with a range of customers and staff at all levels of the organisation. Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office and the ability to prioritise workload and work unsupervised, are also essential. The role holder will also be expected to work flexibly, managing sensitive situations and maintaining confidentiality.

The post is permanent and full time. Starting salary range will be £26,717 - £28,139 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance. Benefits include 30 days’ pro rata annual leave, defined benefit pension scheme and interest-free season ticket loan.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
