About the Role

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated person to work as a team within CCLS Teaching and Learning Services and provide an efficient, effective and student focused administrative service for all Taught Programmes. To assist with all aspects of programme administration to include Admissions, Inductions, Examinations, Module Review and Graduation.

About You

Candidate must have GCSE in Maths, Science and English (A-C) or equivalent relevant experience and relevant administrative experience in programme administration.

About the School/Department/Institute/Project

The Centre for Commercial Law Studies is one of two departments that make up the School of Law, part of the Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences. The other department is the Department of Law (DOL).  Established in 1980, CCLS has become one of the world’s leading academic institutions for the study of commercial law.  CCLS has a team of approximately 40 Professional Service staff to support the Centre’s teaching and research priorities including a team of  approximately twelve Programme Office staff who support the postgraduate taught programmes offered by CCLS in London, Paris, Piraeus, Singapore and elsewhere. The Programme Office is a busy team supporting all aspects of recruitment, teaching and learning. Many Professional Service staff in CCLS and the DOL work across both departments to support School of Law activity.

The post is based at the Lincoln’s Inn Fields Campus in London. It is full time (35 hours per week), permanent appointment, with an expected start date of August 2021. The starting salary will be Grade 3, in the range of £27,742 to £34,220 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.
