The successful candidate will develop their interdisciplinary research agenda along with innovative teaching practices in a rapidly growing, diverse, and distinctive management school. We are particularly interested in candidates who have developed research in the fields of political economy, economic geography and/or related areas, in particular on themes of sustainability, business-nature relationships, global supply chains and environmental change, including studies focused on the global South.

As a Lecturer, you will lead and deliver undergraduate modules that cover the relationship between business and nature for our leading BSc Business Management and contribute teaching to various MSc programmes.   • How business and management influences society – for example, in economic development, through innovation in environmentally beneficial products and systems, through responsible management practices, by management in the non-profit and public sectors and in businesses in the creative and cultural industries;
  • How society shapes business and management – for example, through law and regulation but also through changing norms and expectations for equality and diversity and environmental sustainability.
