About the Role

In 2015, Queen Mary University of London became one of the first Higher Education Institutions in the United Kingdom to deliver a Degree Apprenticeship programme and we continue to develop a portfolio of programmes with a diverse range of employers to create non-traditional routes into training and employment to help meet the talent, capability and skills needs of industry. This role will oversee the administration of our Level 6 Degree Apprenticeships programme and will be responsible for administering admissions, enrolment, examinations, timetabling and tri-partite meetings, to ensure the smooth running of the programme for students, employers and internal stakeholders.

About You

To apply, you should be educated to degree level (or have equivalent experience) with excellent oral and written communication skills. You must have experience of programme management at either Undergraduate or taught Postgraduate level and will ideally have experience of supporting the delivery of apprenticeship programmes.

This post requires strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal professionally with people at all levels, along with an excellent attention to detail.

The post is based at the Mile End Campus in London. It is a full time (35 hours per week), permanent appointment, with an expected start date of September 2021. The starting salary will be Grade 4, in the range of £34,220-£40,194, inclusive of London Allowance.
