This exciting new post represents an ideal opportunity for a self-motivated, experienced Senior Trial Manager in a renowned registered Clinical Trials Unit.
The successful candidate will join a team of Trial Coordinators and Senior Trial Managers to supervise, oversee and advise on the trial management of PCTU supported studies. The Senior Trial Manager will take strategic responsibility for the processes and procedures of the team. The post holder will also collaborate with external teams to successfully manage and deliver trials to a high standard and in compliance with all necessary regulatory requirements.
The Pragmatic Clinical Trials Unit (PCTU) is situated within the newly established Institute of Population Health Sciences which is a world class, multidisciplinary grouping of academics focussing on population health sciences, spanning public and global health, health services research, policy, genomics and data science, behavioural and social sciences. Staff engage in a wide range of applied health research, providing a stimulating work environment.
The post is full time (35 hours per week), fixed term appointment for 24 months, with an expected start date of July 2021 or as soon as possible. Starting salary will be in the range of £38,084 - £44,807 per annum (pro rata), inclusive of London Allowance. Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
