Clinical Trial Research Fellow (QMUL25093)
Applications are sought for a Clinical Trials Fellow to work in GU cancer clinical trials under the supervision of Professor Thomas Powles. The research will be based in the Centre for Experimental Cancer Medicine, Barts Cancer Institute, within the Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, Queen Mary University of London.
The postholder must have a medical degree from a recognised institution, GMC registration and Specialist registrar grade or below. Essential requirements for this post include relevant experience in GU cancers. Relevant lab or clinical trial experience and experience of scientific data handling would be an advantage. A demonstrated ability to communicate well, work within a team and maintain good laboratory records are also essential.
The Barts Cancer Institute requires applicants to provide all certificates at interview to confirm their qualifications (specified in the Job Description).

The post is based at Charterhouse Campus in London. It is full time (35 hours per week), fixed term appointment for 1 year, with an expected start date of July 2021. The starting salary will be Junior Doctor in training, in the range of £38,694 - £49,036 per annum (pro-rata), inclusive of London Allowance.
