The Marketing and Communications Directorate is responsible for raising the awareness and reputation of Queen Mary among its target audience, and for increasing the quality and quantity of Queen Mary applicants.

We are recruiting to the role of Student Recruitment and Widening Participation (WP) Senior Officer, which is responsible for the development, coordination, and implementation of our outreach programmes aimed at improving the conversion of applicants and supporting the transition of students during the first critical year of study. This includes oversight of the Peer Assisted Study Scheme (PASS).

The role is 6 month fixed term appointment based at our Mile End campus.  Starting salary will be £34,220 per annum inclusive of London Allowance.  Benefits include 30 days annual leave, pension scheme and interest-free season ticket loan.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
