There is an opportunity for an enthusiastic graduate interested in psychology and education to take part in an educational project “Educate the Educators” taking place in the medical school and other faculties across Queen Mary University of London. This comes at a time when curricula are under review with the development of new curricular components (WellMed and QMUL Model) aimed at improving student wellbeing, resilience and social capital.
The post holder will be actively involved in various aspects of the project including holding Focus Groups and interviews, mixed methods research and development of delivery of multimedia web-based educational resources.
Candidates should hold an undergraduate degree in psychology, social science, educational or related subject.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
This is a part time (up to 30 hours a week) and fixed term appointment until 31/07/2018. The number of hours are to be determined upon appointment.
Salary will be in the range of £30,445 - £32,093 per annum pro-rata inclusive of London Allowance. Benefits include 30 days annual leave pro rata and defined benefit pension scheme.
