About the Role

The post holder with work on an international project (COPE-HCP:,funded in part by Barts Charity, exploring the mental, physical and behavioral impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on healthcare workers both in the UK and abroad.

About You

We require the successful candidate to have a Masters level qualification or higher in: Epidemiology or Public Health; Psychology or  Statistics or  MBBS (or equivalent) and relevant research experience.

About the School/Department/Institute/Project

This post will be housed within the Barts CV Clinical Trials Unit, which brings together a group of leading clinical and non-clinical scientists researching novel aspects of cardio-metabolic diseases, including COVID-19, harnessing both clinical, epidemiological and bioinformatic expertise to leverage datasets and develop experimental strategies to solve these problems.

The post is based at the Charterhouse Square Campus in London. It is full time or part time (min 17.5 hours per week) for 1 year, with an expected start date of July 2021. The starting salary will be Grade 4, in the range of £34,220 - £36,098 per annum (pro-rata), inclusive of London Allowance.
