The Office of the Principal seeks to appoint a Student Voice and Feedback Coordinator to support the delivery of the University’s module evaluation system. The postholder will be involved in coordinating and setting up the surveys, promoting them, and disseminating their results. They will work with Faculties and Schools/Institutes in understanding their module evaluation results and areas for attention, and in keeping the module evaluation system under continual review.
The postholder will also support the annual cycle of business relating to the Education agenda, and provide general support for initiatives and projects as required.
The post requires experience of supporting the student experience or student voice, and ideally with some experience of working with student surveys. Applicants should have experience of conducting analysis and writing reports, as well as excellent IT, interpersonal, and communication (both written and oral) skills.
The post is a one-year fixed-term appointment. The starting salary will be in the range of £34,733 - £40,797 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.
