About the Role

We currently have an opening for outstanding candidates to join the School of Economics and Finance as a Teaching Fellow specialising in Finance or Applied Microeconomics. The Teaching Fellow should be committed to the development and delivery of outstanding teaching and have the enthusiasm and drive to contribute to the enhancement of the student experience.

 

About You

You will be educated to postgraduate level or equivalent and have experience of undergraduate or postgraduate teaching in Economics or Finance. You’ll have an ability to present specialist material in a logical, coherent and interesting manner, both to students and to fellow specialists. Good presentation skills are essential.

The post is based at the Mile End Campus in London. It is full time, fixed term appointment for 1 year, with an expected start date of 1 September 2021. The starting salary will be Grade 5, in the range of £38,084 - £41,229 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance. This post attract market supplements and there is discretion to apply between 25% and 40% of salary depending on current market conditions.
